HIIT Tabata Kettlebell Workout

Today’s video is a high intensity interval training circuit, tabata style. We will be doing four total rounds of tabata each round equaling four minutes. The rounds will include the two handed kettlebell swing, one handed kettlebell clean, the kettlebell push press and the kettlebell snatch. This full body workout can be performed by beginners with a lighter weight and more advanced practitioners using a heavier weight.
